Who does God say
you are?
YOU ARE VALUABLE
“God created human beings in His own image.” (Genesis 1:27 NIV)
You have inherent dignity and worth, and you reflect some of God’s own characteristics. You are not random or an accident—God has intentionally designed you with purpose and value!
YOU HAVE A DISTINCT PURPOSE
“You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank You for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous.” (Psalm 139:13–14 NLT)
God knows you intimately, having “knit you together” in your mother’s womb! He has made you unique, and He knows you personally. He has crafted you with specific traits and a special purpose for your life.
YOU CAN BE SPIRITUALLY TRANSFORMED
“Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” (2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT)
While human identity was marred by the sin of Adam and Eve, it can be restored through Christ. When you are born again, you undergo a transformative identity renewal—like a butterfly!
YOU ARE UNCONDITIONALLY LOVED
“Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!” (1 John 3:1 NKJV)
Once you are born again, you are now a child of God. You are a new creation, and this identity transcends biological relationships. You are now a spiritual son or daughter who is eternally connected with and unconditionally accepted by your Father God.
YOU ARE PART OF SOMETHING LARGER THAN YOURSELF
“So it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.” (Romans 12:5 NLT)
When you are born again, not only are you changed, but you have been born into a new spiritual family and transferred into a new kingdom—the Kingdom of Heaven. You are now one with the other children of God, and you live in the spiritual realm.
